Cancellation policy

The bet will be considered final, once a wager has been confirmed, whether online or over the phone. It cannot be canceled or altered. 

The bet cannot be deleted entirely, yet to reduce losses, a user has the option to wager the other side.

All bet payouts get calculated with the odds that were in place at the moment of placing the wager. Any pending wagers will not be affected by any subsequent changes to the odds.

We strongly recommend you carefully check all wagers on your bet slips before confirming them online in order to avoid mistakes. When placing wagers over the phone, you should also carefully listen to the read-backs from the agents.
